Yogiji Digi Ltd. (formerly Digi Drives) is India's leading indigenous manufacturer of flat steel processing equipment — commanding approximately 53% market share in Cold Rolling Mills and approximately 38% in Galvanizing Lines in India. With a DRHP filed with SEBI on July 20, 2026 for a ₹270 crore fresh issue IPO, Yogiji Digi is one of the clearest near-term pre-IPO opportunities in India's capital goods sector. Incorporated in September 1993 in Palwal, Haryana, Yogiji Digi has built proprietary expertise in design, engineering, fabrication, machining, assembly, and automation of turnkey steel processing lines — the specialised machinery that converts hot-rolled coils into cold-rolled and galvanized steel for automotive, appliance, construction, and packaging applications.
Revenue grew 31% and PAT rose 44% in FY26 versus FY25. The company employs 280 professionals and is a market leader in Africa for steel processing equipment — this export footprint diversifies revenue and demonstrates world-class quality.
India's crude steel capacity is targeted to grow to 300 MMTPA by 2030, requiring massive investment in steel processing equipment that Yogiji Digi supplies. The IPO fresh issue proceeds will fund capacity expansion. A 6-month lock-in applies post listing.
